I had two very special requests recently. Songs by the band The Lumineers, "Cleopatra" and "Sleep on the floor".
Why special? Because, when you listen to those songs you probably couldn't imagine a string ensemble playing it.
But, Bride knows when she wants something and I like that kind of challenge.
These arrangements are written for both string quartet and string trio (it can be played without the viola part).
